SVL manufactures seamless innerwear, activewear, shapewear, thermals and mens wear at our 208,105 sq ft facility in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Every garment is knitted on Santoni circular machines and finished in-house.
Product development samples take about 30 days. After approval, raw material procurement takes around 60 days and bulk production a further 60 days. Exact timelines are confirmed against your order.
SVL is WRAP certified, Sedex registered, GRS certified for recycled content and ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality management. Compliance documentation is shared with buyers on request.
Yes. We develop styles to your tech pack or from our design library, with customisation across fabric composition, GSM, colours, trims, packaging and labelling.
