The Sangam Group was founded by Shri Ram Pal Soni, whose 44 years of textile industry experience have shaped the company’s growth from 8 weaving machines in 1984 into a nationally recognised enterprise with a significant export presence.
Beyond manufacturing, the Group has invested heavily in its community through the Sangam School of Excellence, Bhilwara Institute of Technology and Management, Sangam University and the Smt. Kesar Bai Soni Hospital.

Founded the Sangam Group in 1984 with 8 weaving machines. Under his leadership, Sangam India Ltd. is today among India's top 500 companies and one of the world's largest manufacturers of Poly Viscose dyed yarn. He has also established schools, a university and a hospital in Bhilwara.
Vice Chairman of Sangam (India) Limited since 1989. Holds a PhD in strategic management, an M.Sc. in Chemistry with honours and an MBA. Past Chairman of the Rajasthan Textile Mills Association and President of the Mewar Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Managing Director of Sangam India Ltd., responsible for treasury management and streamlining operations for sustainable growth. Holds an MS Finance degree from the University of Nottingham, England, and spearheads the company's corporate strategy and expansion initiatives.
Leads the Group's fabric and garment business across domestic and overseas markets, an association spanning processing, PV suiting and furnishing since 1998. A Chartered Accountant, he has served as President of the Mewar Chamber of Commerce & Industry since 2011.
Third-generation entrepreneur heading the Group's denim and cotton verticals, with a focus on expanding Sangam's global footprint and leading its ESG initiatives. Launched C9 Airwear, the Group's first retail garment venture. Educated at Georgia Tech, USA and London Business School, UK.
