SVL thermals are knitted in a single piece on seamless circular knitting machines. The seamless construction traps warmth in a close, even layer, moves with the body and sits smoothly under clothing with no seams to chafe. The result is lightweight insulation that layers cleanly and stays comfortable through extended wear.

Our thermal go through a structured quality process before they reach you. Our WRAP, Sedex and ISO 9001:2015 certifications cover both the product quality process and the conditions under which it is produced.
Incoming yarn is checked for count, composition and quality before it enters production.
Garments are inspected during knitting to catch issues with knit structure, weight or dimensions early.
After dyeing and finishing, garments are checked for colour consistency, handle and dimensional accuracy.
A final inspection to an internal AQL of 1.5 is carried out before packing. We welcome third-party inspection at this stage.
Our design and R&D team develops samples based on your brief. Sample and product development takes 30 days.
Once samples are approved and the order is confirmed, raw material procurement takes 60 days.
Bulk production takes a further 60 days. All orders are packed for export with packing list, invoice and certificate of origin.
